Metalian trailers and caravans are manufactured by Authentic Metal Works in Cape Town, South Africa. The first Metalian Maxis were made in 2010 and we started manufacturing aluminium canopies soon after that. Over the years we have introduced new models such as the Bowhunter, Parthian and Genie. We have sold our trailers all over the world, and now have partners in Australia, and Switzerland who take care of the European market.
The company is managed by owner Heinz Modricky who oversees the design and development of our products. All components are cut and bent inhouse.
All trailers are homologated with the NRCS.

In 2018, Metalian entered the “Camper Trailer of the Year” competition in Australia for the first time. Despite tough competition, the Metalian Maxi trailer impressed the judges and secured 3rd place. The following year, in 2019, Metalian returned to the competition with the Parthian model, which claimed the top prize.

In 2019, the best trailers worldwide underwent rigorous testing in Australia, where the Metalian Parthian emerged as the winner. Judges were thoroughly impressed by the Parthian's lightweight yet rugged build and its attractive appearance. It's undoubtedly the premier choice for tackling any road, regardless of location.
